Gift cards are not refundable. Lost , misplaced or stolen cards are not refundable or replaceable.

To schedule your reservations, please call our salon. You may also book your reservations online on our website. For online booking, a credit card will be required to hold your appointments.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

Please understand we have reserved an appointment especially for you. We would appreciate your cooperation in regard to cancellation.

• We hold reservations for 15 minutes. If your party has not arrived or called via phone within 15 minutes after your reservation time, we reserve the right to mark your reservation as a no-show or cancellation.
• For online bookings, a credit card will be required. All appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a $40 charge to the credit card on file.

All sale/discounted items are final sale. No exchange nor return will be allowed.

Management will NOT accept responsibility for the LOSS or DAMAGE to any personal belongings left unattended in our premise.
